FLEX Strategy Power Trailer
This Critical Power trailer house a 400A, 125V 12-pulse battery charger in support of the Diverse and Flexible Coping Strategies (FLEX) mandated by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). This would be powered by a motor generator in order to supply critical power to the reactor and other systems.
520KW Navy Submarine Battery Charger
This 520KW 12 pulse battery charger is used to charge and discharge submarine batteries. It has dual input capability for transportability to different parts of the world, the output is 800A and 650V. The charger is PLC controlled equipped with an HMI interface with profibus protocol.
240KW DC Power Supply
This unregulated 240KW DC power supply is in a NEMA 4X stainless steel cabinet cooled by air conditioners. This power supply provides alongside power for Victoria class submarines as a substitute for batteries. The power supply accepts dual input either 480VAC or 600VAC; Output is 500ADC at 480VDC.
240KW DC Power Supply
This unregulated DC power supply is used to simulate characteristics of a battery power source. The power rating is 240KW capability with overload and is contained in a NEMA 4 cabinet with air conditioner cooling. Input: 480VAC, 3 Phase, 60Hz; Output: Dual output 200ADC and 300ADC, 345VDC.
900KW Navy Battery Charger
This 900KW battery charger consists of an 18 pulse diode-bridge rectifier with an IGBT chopper, DC filter, controls and monitoring. It is currently in use for submarines Class U209 HDW and is the only charger with this size in this topology existing on earth right now.
450KW Battery Charger
This towable battery charger is rated 450KW. Input is 380V, 3 Phase; the output is 1500ADC at 225VDC. The charger is for submarine batteries.
200KW DC Power Supply
This unregulated 200KW DC power supply is in a NEMA 3R stainless steel cabinet. This power supply is used to test submarine equipment in the shipyard. Input: 480VAC, 3 Phase. Output: 500ADC, 300-720VDC.
400KW Battery Charger for NASA
This 400KW unit is a plasma arc power supply for NASA. Input: 480VAC; Output is 400ADC at 1000VDC
